how do i make forums in a catagory well like(look at thread)

how do i make more forum like this when you click on something you got to click on something else to post like you click on a catagory then you click a forum inside that catagory to post

If I understand what you are asking, simply do the following:

Admin panel --> General admin --> Configuration --> Hierarchy --> Sub-level links on index
(Add the links to the sub-levels in the forum or category description)

Choose either yes or yes with icons

Go to:

Administration
Configuration
Hierarchy

Index packing
Choose the level of packing you want for the index: full

Split categories on index: no

Sub-level links on index
Add the links to the sub-levels in the forum or category description
Yes With icons
