Allowing Moderators to view reports Empty Allowing Moderators to view reports

Post by Sooz July 25th 2008, 8:55 pm

Is there a way to allow my moderators to see and deal with reports other than the email which they receive? After following the link and arriving at the reports page if they then leave it they cannot reaccess without going back to their email account and it's very time consuming.

I've found a link they can access and have stickied it for them in Moderator chat. Is there no way for any of us to receive a PM on a report rather than an email?

In the profile preferences, there is an option to have a popup each time a new and unread report has been made - you can advise your mods to enable it. This popup contains a link to the report list as well.

Arrow Popups are usually blocked by popular browsers, so you'd have to define an exception for your forum in the browser settings first.

About the report-hack error message, this is a small bug that can happen sometimes. To fit it, try to simply re-save the moderator group permissions in the admin panel. "Users & Groups >> Groups >> YourModGroup >> Permissions". Just hit save here, without any changes.
