Images instead of colors for forum & body line

Ok I am sure you seen sites that had images as borders that wrap around the forums, index page and such, how about images as borders instead of colors.

example in admin panel~colors

Body line color :
Forum line color :
Row line color :

You select colors for these borders. I would like images instead!
