no good gif animator for transparent

Well i have no good gif animator that can handle transparent pictures so 2 things
1st
these pictures:

This is how i want it to be (speed it depending and transparent on frame 2, i think speed was 0.4 per second)

can you recommend a good gif animator?

no not like that like the message first its message after 0.4 seconds its transparent (invisible)
i want 2 different images but with those seperate

It has a slight transparent streak with a gloss

how do u make the text blink but not blink the entire image with gif's
have alot of problems with that layers

The text and image is made up of 4 layers

2 text layers
2 background layers

The background image and white text are merged
The background and green text are then merged
creating two single images
Then delay them by 0.5 seconds

When you save as a gif you get the effect that the text changes but the background stays the same Smile
