bold ranking names & phpbb3?

I have 2 questions. first, how to bold the ranking names like this?



the 2nd question is about my forum (version phpbb3). if I buy the credits, can I change the templates coz as we know Only templates of the phpbb2 version will be affected.

1. To have the ranking names bold you can put html code when you assign the ranking names

As far as I know, PayPal is safe. But I'd never try it yet.
It's become unsafe if your system is infected by keylogger or virus etc that may stole your password.
