    How to change the black text on the black background Empty How to change the black text on the black background

    Hello

    I'm really trying to solve one problem, but I really don't know how to do it by myself.
    There are a few cells on the forum, that have black background and the text is also black... so it's kind of hard for forum members to figure out what is written there. So I want to change the text color into some other color, for example into white, which would perfectly fit on the black background. But I don't know how to do it.

    I made a screenshot of this cell... so that you can see what I mean: Click
    It's a black text, so you can't see it.
    So how to change the black text in this area into white color for example? It can't be black on the black background!
    I really hope someone can help me...

    Thanks...

    (sorry, for my bad english)

    Hello,

    Go to: Administration Panel > Display > Colors (under "Pictures and Colors" in left column) > Click on the "CSS Stylesheet" tab.

    Search for the line "select {" (without quotes) and you should come to a section that looks like this:

    Code:
    select {
    font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
    font-weight: normal;
    color: #FF0000;
    cursor: pointer;
    vertical-align: middle;
    border: 1px solid #4d4d4d;
    padding: 1px;
    background-color: #1C1C1C;
    }

    Change the value of the "color:" line to #ffffff;

    Click the "Submit" button when you are finished.

    Be very careful when you're editing the CSS Stylesheet! What I usually do is copy and paste the entire thing into a word program. That way if something goes wrong, you can just paste it back into your Administration Panel.

    I hope this helps. Smile
