Simple Bar Request

Hey, I need a bar for my website. About the size of like those blue bars you give for the forums.
Only I want the inside of this bar sort of like a orange-red color.

I need 2 of these: one full and one half-full. Also keep it on the transparent background if you can. If you can't that's alright.

With or without animation : no animation
Background color : transparent or white
