Well it may not have a save button but there should be a submit button

Your browser isn't displaying the page properly and it appears that the button is being covered by the box

Thats why i love firefox, no issues lmao

Half of that text can be taken out, its mostly mark up so wont have any relevance or effect on anything really

Also it looks like it was meant for HTML section as it contains <br/>?????????

It won't save because all that junk you have there is NOT css - it's html. It's not being recognized as css, so it doesn't see anything to save.

Put some VALID css in there and I bet the "submit" button miraculously appears.

Correct, CSS doesn't use tags like "<" and ">". You have to know what you are doing actually, regardless of the program you are using.

So, there is invalid coding in the stylesheet that obviously made the button disappear. I suggest to reset your theme by going to "Display / Choose theme / Version". Your current version should be already selected as well as "version default style". Click on "save" and your stylesheet should be emptied again.

Again, only play around with the CSS if you know the ropes!

As said, this should work for normal admins as well:
