Help.. Changing skin of my forum

I usually use the skin from hitskin.com to applied on my phpbb3 forum. But i found an awesome theme at another site. So i download it. The problem is how can i applying the downloaded skin to my phpbb3 forum. I already replace the stylesheet to change the appearence. What i should do to the picture?? I want to fully applying it to my forum. Please help me.. all senior..

If you have downloaded the image you need to upload them to a host:

servimg.com
imageshack.com
and after that you must manually copy and paste the links to your admin panel. if the CSS is compilant you won't need to make any alterations to the CSS.

I have a major issue the file to download wont open for windows it seems and it keeps redirecting it to my dreamweaver 8 and it's encrypted so it is not editable for me. what program is it needing to open to create or edit for our own style?

CSS should be written using a basic ASCII text editor, or program specific to CSS editing. You don't need anything fancy.
