Something wrong with the forums.

Instead of telling you, I'll show you:



I wanted my date format to be: August 15, 2008, 11:43 A.M., but it shows:
Wed 15 Aug - 11:43.

It shows on my admin panel that I put it on the former, but on my forum, as shown on my image, it shows the latter.

What's wrong?
