Help! With a background.

I need to erase the letters from this background but can't figure out how

that image is copyrighted. We cannot edit it.

The person who created it gave permission to use it it's a theme for the iphone. He's just advertising his page in it he does that will all his themes.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks I gave it a try and was able to delete it. The page where you get the themes from dont say who is the author that's why the people write what ever they want in the description image. Thansk for the help, I'm done with it.
