Personalized domain name

when ever i put in the personalized domain name, it comes up not configured.

admin panel - then where it says Personalized domain name.
You don’t have a personalized domain name for your forum. You can have one in the credits management , either you can indicate below a domain name that already belongs to you and which you have configured to use with your forum.

Domain Name : i put in here, www.parentsunited.co.uk

Now when you type in www.parentsunited.co.uk it does work, but i want the forum address to change to that.

Can someone tell me what am doing wrong.

Hi kerry, sorry that I don't have a direct solution to your problem, but I was wondering how you configured your domain (www.parentsunited.co.uk) to make it work. I purchased a domain name that I am hoping to use for my forum, but don't know if I'm setting the CNAME/DNS information entries correctly. I checked out the tutorial but it's not working for me.
