Registering Empty Registering

When people have tried to register for my forum they say it will send an activation key to the person but the activation key never came through. When I tried to delete it to amke a new one the email didnt come either so i made a new one any way and the activation think didnt come so i cant make it

If you know who the people are and you are comfortable allowing them in, then activate them yourself, at least until someone here can look into the no activation e-mail issue.
