HOW CAN I TURN THE Confirmation code OFF - AFTER POSTING A TOPIC? I WANT THAT THE FORUM IS OPEN TO EVERYBODY.

I don't understand your question.

When you create new topic, confirmation code doesn't exist.

A friend of mine replied to my topic and he had to type some letters to confirm his post. How can i turn those captchas... off?

Don't know. Maybe your friend have some problem. Never happened to me.
