i like the a staffordshire bull terrier head on the left hand side of it if it's possible,

the colour of text white if it look ok

Administrator : the background colour should be Black
Global Moderators : the background colour for this one should be this #AC0500
Moderators : the background for this should be #E29D02
Rescuers : #2EA400
Fosterers : #2EA400

Do you want/ need all the text for the ranks or would you mind if they were abbreviated? i.e Admin, Global Mod etc

What was the pixel size of the ranks?

I was thinking along the lines of 130*32

what, beside Jalokim, you know how do design graphic too placehold? I didn't know that

I was a programmer but couldn't get a job so added graphic design to my CV
