add user accounts

user are not able to join my e_board they are not receiving the email to activate there account. I tried to add a second account for my self and I got the same resolute although I did receiving an e-mail in my admin account saying that the account has been created there is just 16 members of my board. my board is http://deltaalphaalumni.forumotion.com/index.htm what can i do to fix this
