Many problems with forum...

Can someone help me, I create a forum and it was great until I change the theme... now if u go on forum u can see whats happend... and when I try to repair the problem I do some other things that I dont know what it is and mutch more...

I need to reset all forum... forum is new and dont have posts... so it does not matters, I can create new one, but I dont wanna new...

please help!

Now I do something what I wonted... but still forum does not work... in administrator panel, when I click on forum administration notthing hapened... request timed out...
