Hello!

Please help me! There is this member on my forum that is so stalkative, creates so many accounts, so I thought to ask to you all - IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO BAN AN IP ADDRESS?

yes you can ban an IP address, You ban there account by click on there profile then you'll see admin profile scroll down and click ban.
