    I have forum at http://ranau.forummotion.com but have been baned by online guard just now..i have no warning before..
    i wish i can get back my forum and delete anything wrong..
    how to use my forum backup???is it possible??

    Dude click on it and tell them what you want to do!

    Tell them you didnt get a warning etc.
