My forum got banned today for absolutely 0 reason
everything sold on the site is mine
i do not have any copyrighted material
i do not understand
is someone trying to hack my forum
this is a year in making and i dont understand what happened

i know i have 0 sources of malware on the site
so the only other explanation is that someone hacked the forum and added a phishing link or program to it
how do i remove this???

i have run this business for a year now and cannot afford to lose it
shouldnt there be some sort of security to not allow people to hack my site and put malicious material on there?
plz tell me how to resolve this and get my site back up (or if u can remove it, i would much appreciate it as well)

So there was no pink alert message on your homepage of the administration panel from Forumotion?

i didnt see one no
but now i cant even access the admin panel as its banned

last time i went to the admin panel i did not see such an image
i did however get a msg when i visited my site from google chrome about a week ago stating that my site was not safe and possible malware was detected (never ever seen this before so it concerned me)
i then clicked whatever resolve button they included, and posted to them that i did not have any malware on my site and also went to my site to verify it was safe, and later that day they removed the warning.  So i assumed it was a mistake on their part.  Now that i am getting this ban as well, i would like to get this issue resolved as i have a trusted member base and have been running this site without any issues for close to a year and a half now.

I had to have been hacked, as i have 0 links or files that are malicious, and all my banners that i put up are 100% safe.  Iwould appreciate any assistance on getting this resolved and getting my site back up again
As well as any information on how to avoid this happening to me again.

so there is no way we can change the msg portrayed when people visit the site?
as of now it looks like i am the one who has done copyright infringement, or malware/phishing
when in truth i had to have been hacked

Have you tried to contest the decision with Onineguardian? When you get the Onlineguardian page there should be a contest decision button.

yep i did that as soon as i saw it
if they resolve it then can i get assistance on getting this problem removed from my site
as i have no clue what to even look for

If Onlineguardian does unban your forum then we can help maybe.

im just a little bit confused
if my forum was hacked and someone was able to infect it with phishing or malware material, wouldnt it fall on your security?  Considering i have no way of combatting this myself?

If your forum was hacked, you didn't come here to inform us?

I'm not saying it definitely was
But I just can't think of any other way there would be any malicious content in it is if it wasnt hacked
And I am informing u now
Because my forum is down (banned) and I didn't even get the chance or warning so I could at least try to remove it (whatever it is)
If u can bring it back up I can prove that none of the material posted by me or my members are malicious
So the only other explanation I can think of is a possible hack
I had no opportunity to even attempt to find it
It would be nice to be warned first and told exactly what the malicious material was instead of instantly banning the forum
I have followed all rules and regulations and put my best effort to make my forum a safe place to visit

I'm jus dumbfounded and would like to resolve this any way possible
And prevent it from happening in the future

This time of month, there is a lot of hackers , just be careful and always
try inform a mod/admin if your forum is hack .

Also provide a lot of details on the problems you have .

I had no malicious links, no malicious files, no pirated/copyright material, etc
So i have no clue what to look for
and it was too late for me to look anyway cause i got no warning
just an instant ban
so all i can do is list the problems i have now
i instantly informed a mod/admin as soon as i saw my forum was banned

I did a Google search of your forum and saw some links for downloads on Mediafire. Was your forum about poker?

yes it was
and all mediafire links were for my products 
developed by me

Is this video poker? If the downloads were hacks then that is not allowed on forums hosted by Forumotion.

Nothing is hacks
They are online programs developed by me to make playing poker online easier
They are assistance tools to open tourneys automatically so u dont have to do it manually
Everything is 100% legal
I have run this for over 4 yrs now
I don't allow cracks, hacks, or anything pirated on my site

The forum seems to be working at the moment.
