Please be patient, when someone with possible solution to your problem or answer passes, I'm sure he/she'll post it.
Meanwhile, may I remind you that double/triple posting isn't tolerated unless separated by 24 hours (Use the edit button) Wink

you need a page or window effects on exit...
it is not advisable to use the transition effects for it is not a cross browser friendly.
i mean transitions are not good for those who uses FireFox(Netscape) browser...
it only works on IE browsers...

but if you really want, google:
PAGE TRANSITION EFFECT
or
http://www.permadi.com/tutorial/iePageTransition/index.html

Not possible to place a meta tags on CSS.

there are some option to use:
1. Using External JavaScript inserted on your SITE DESCRIPTION and;
2. by purchasing your template, from which you may freely add your own set of codes and that includes meta tags

adding your own set of meta tags using external javascript:

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open a NotePad.
2. Copy and paste the codes below on your NotePad:
Code:
document.write('INSERT_YOUR_META_TAGS_HERE');
document.write('OTHER_META_TAGS_HERE_IF THERES_ANY');

for:
INSERT_YOUR_META_TAGS_HERE & OTHER_META_TAGS_HERE_IF THERES_ANY

Replace it by your meta tags code, example: <meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="blendTrans(Duration=1.0)">

Result:
Code:
document.write('<meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="blendTrans(Duration=1.0)">');
document.write('OTHER_META_TAGS_HERE_IF THERES_ANY');

3. Now click File Menu >> Save As >> Save As Type >> All Files
4. Name this file as myscript.js.
5. Upload it to your web hosting site (e.g., www.freewebtown.com).
6. Get the Direct Link of your js file (e.g., http://www.freewebtown.com/username/script.js).
7. Replace the JS_URL with the js URL.

This is your External Javascript:
<script src='JS_URL'></script>

Now, go to Admin Panel >> General >> Configuration >> Site Description
just paste your meta tags on your site description.

NOTICE: Transitions works only on IE
For SAFER USE, Open a new browser to preview your site.
DO NOT close the Admin Panel for if you encounter a problem you may STILL edit your Site Description
