EVER SEEN THIS Before ? Strange Icon Problem

Have you ever seen this problem before:



In the place where it says "No New Posts" there was an icon before. It is now showing this text, in place of where the icon used to be.



When I saw this, I thought "No problem, I will just go in Admin panel, and merely RE-UPLOAD my icon, and paste the hosting URL.

So, I went back to the Administration panel, but there is no longer any place for me to RE-UPLOAD an icon for "No New Posts".


In other words I can't fix this problem by myself.

Now my site looks terrible.


Can someone please tell me how to RESTORE this particular OPTION (I have an image, and I know where this place is normally in my skin, but it is no longer there).

EDIT: The only thing I have done differently is I "synchronized" earlier today.

Its probably just a temporary glitch. It happens to me as well. Just clear the cache and cookies.

That's definitely not it my friend. I just cleared everything out thoroughly, including a quick run on CCleaner and AdAware, plus two other cookie and spyware multi-cleaners. The cache is cleared out, all temp files are gone, etc.

I am absolutely INSANE about keeping my PC highly tweaked and in good order.

The problem is that the ACTUAL SLOT in the admin panel(where I might normally upload my pic) is gone.

I can still modify the OTHER buttons, and I can still modify the OTHER images (such as "hot topic", or "new posts") but this item is gone.

I may have found the problem.

I went back to HITSKIN, and browsed the skin.

For some strange reason, it appears that the SKIN itself has been modified by the owner, and deleted that feature.

Guess that is all there is to it.
