Solved help on my nav bar please

can some one please help me on this one ??

i have just done a change on my site and is there any chance some one can make me some nav bar's please

i need them to look like this >> [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
the ones i need are

  • Chat Rooms
  • Usergroups
  • Arcade
  • Register
  • Calendar




if not can some one make me up a new look for may nav bar
if so i will need
