some times its working and some times not..

Please help me what is the reason.

I think this has to do with the codes of the smilies , maybe such smiley doesnt exist...
Maybe try
Code:
 :D or :) or =D

I dont think a smiley like that one exists.. Look here... :=D>

Make sure you added the codes to the smilies and also make sure that when you browsed them the right file came up. If it did correctly, I am sorry. I will have no answer
