How to make a donation button at paypal.com??? Empty How to make a donation button at paypal.com???

hi. ive tried to make an donation button at paypal.com , when im done and click on it it says Error Detected We were unable to decrypt the certificate id.
and i need to type a number in ( Donation ID/number (optional)) no idea what this is.-.- anyone else knows what it is? and have made an donation button before???
