if the forum is deleted

if you delet a forum ..... do you send a massege to the owner of the forum telling him that his forum will be deleted ???
and the reason of the deletion???

so if the forum in athor languich ( russian, phillipinos , arabic , japanees)
you just delete it when the (help forum) in these laguiches told you so??
i mean mabye they have a personal prob with some owner and they send his forum to be deleted ??
how can you be sure that the forum is illegal ??

We take screen shots before takeing actoin against the forum
Screen shots which we keep in archives in case the owner comes asking.
We also gve list of deleted boards to the other teams

if it was in a defrent languich??
maybe the forum have nothing wrong and all it's action is legal??

We can have a translation to understand and verify if the content is illegal or not

Sometimes, there is no need of a translation, for example a copyrightd game, video or music, it's esay to see that it's illegal.

it means most of the forums are illegal
cuz they put music and videos inside their forums
do you mean if someone put a link in his page to hear music when the forum starts it's illegal???
cuz i was thinking of doing that in my forum???

Can't have unless you've paid royalties or have the acceptance from the author.

Videos:
Can't have unless you've paid diffusion rights or have the acceptance from the author. If it's yours, obviously no problem
