Chatbox problems (any ideas?)

Okay something is definatly wronge with my chatbox. I have been checking it regularly and one day when i got on it was all screwed and laggy. There is atleast a 5 second lag between each post. Not to mention half of ur words are cut off when u post. This problem isn't solving itself any time soon as i have tried. Removing the Chat box and reposting it etc. If you have any ideas on this please message me or post them.
