I want to customize the 404 (page not found) page, but I don't know how to. Is it possible? If so, please give me explicit instructions.

this is not possible because forumotion does not control the 404 error page.

No. its not possible, that 404 page can only be changed in the office at forumotion

404 is an error page it is not ran but forumotion
it is something with the server/internet

No, each server has its own 404 page. If I had my own server, I would be able to edit the 404 page. However, forumotion is not my own.
