Requestiong Mood Icons For My Forum

Hey, i was wondering if it would be possible if someone made the following emoticons, into this kind of an icon [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] The same format and size, just the emoticons below, and the mood instead of the ones on the icon above. It doesn't matter what color the back ground is, as long as it's not black or white. I would like the animation of the smilies also. Thanks
