Solved My Pictures Are Going

Every time I add a picture to my forum, in the Admin Panel. The pictures on my forum back up. Say if I add a picture to my forum, I wont get that picture there, I will get one I did a long time ago. But if I go in the Admin Panel, all the pictures I want are in there. Could someone please help.

Try to clear your browser's cache (recommended) or to refresh the site with the old images with Ctrl+F5.
