General error - Problem with ban?

So I have problem with my ban on the forum.

I made a ban for few days on a person who broke forum rules with his postings and the ban ended while there was this general error he contacted me about the ban since it should have ended already.

Well I checked that he wasn't banned but the 2 IP's that the ban added on the IP ban list didn't remove, they are both his checked it since there wasn't supposed to be any IP bans, so question is how do I remove these IP bans from the list since there isn't any option to do that.

Yeah there was section for unbanning I tried to use it but the IP's weren't removing from the list, thought now they have been removed so there has been some kind of a delay or something because they were on the list for day or two after the ban ended.

anyways since they did get removed I suppose everything is fine again thought would like to know if it was delay or some other reason why I couldn't remove them.
