PM Pop-ups open at full-size.

My PM pop-up has inexplicably started to open at full size, filling up the screen, rather than at the usual partial screen-size. I reduce a pop-up after it appears, but subseqeunt pop-ups continue to open at the large size.
How can this be fixed?

the only setting i know of for that is to either allow them or not.enable/disable
it might be a new feature forumotion added? I'm not sure. it's the first i heard of this.

but what ever the case being? keep in mind that it's only to inform you that you have a new pm. then close it out. and check your pm.(cool feature)

as a admin. for some reason mine dont even pop up???
but yet my mods other co-admins and all members it works for fine.

I'm sure if there is a way to do it a admin or mod can help
