In this link below - I asked about kids being admins / founders. And I agree. I'd like to know where I would find that information? I have pasted your terms of service and I do not see anything about agreeing to be over 13 -

1. so could you provide that link for me please?

2. is there any age limit on being a moderator?

3. how do you prove their age if they do not enter a birthdate?
