I Need Halloween For:

-That Top Bar thing with the Login and Register and and that stuff in halloween style
-Forum Background that is cute for kids but with a Halloween twist
-Forum Title or Banner For the top of my forums saying:
Happy Halloween VFK&F Members!

Is There anything else I'm forgeting Question Ok Thanks!

Yes you forgot to add the dimensions of your navigation bar ( login and register stuff )
