Halo Template

I have made a template though it was made using CSS as well as simple template editing. I think I may still switch around a few things but now I want a new Halo Nav-Bar but I am no longer at my friends and he is the only person around me with photoshop. Anyways, any suggestions on my template?

I wish I could upload it to HitSkin when I am done but I don't think it picks up Custom CSS.

it should upload all the css u got set, id just fix the nav buttons so they blend in better, and could u get me or post the image for the brush steel looking background ur using on the blocks.

Custom Css can be uploaded to hitskins,..follow these steps

1.Make a sample forum or use your existing one, go to admin panel
note:make sure you have clicked the advanced tab!
2.then go to Display>> colors>> click CSS stylesheet tab besides colors tab
3.Copy paste your css in the space given and on the same page, below you will see a option titled "deactivate the basic css" click yes and to finish it click save
