transparent - Transparent words bug Empty Transparent words bug

When I install ANY theme/skin on my forum,the words appear transparent (blending in with the backround).The preview shows that it has a black backround and white words but if I go on my forum its a white backround.You have to highlight them to find the words (which is annoying).Please fix this bug/glich as this was mensioned the other day:
