need help on my navigation bar!

um how do I delete the FAQ? and other default menus also.. I also wanna know how do I modify the Messages menu? Coz when I try to change the default image, it gives me an error saying that I have to specify the menu name but I cant because it's all "grayed" and stuff. the only option i have is to change the image.. how do i fix this.. thanks for those who would help...

I know that you can not remove the faq. though if you go to the Templates and edit them you could...But its hard and I dont know if it meets the TOS.
Secondly, there is a bug with this , i suppose a moderator can insist you better on that.
