Translucent forum?
Hi,
I've seen some forums like this, but is there a way to have translucent forum categories, etc. So you can see the background image? I've look at larme d'ange's tutorial, but can't make heads or tails of it. Could anyone help me out?

Re: Translucent forum?
If you want to have a transparent forum (To see the background image) Just go to display and colors (Advanced) and make the space for the body-line background blank:

Re: Translucent forum?
add #transp to make them transparent, i believe leaving them blank on some will make them white.
Re: Translucent forum?
Nope, still not working. It just makes the cells all black.

On my forum, I tried the steps I had, saved, and it worked. I'm not sure what could be wrong.

Re: Translucent forum?
OMG, that is what I wanted for a long time. Can't believe finally sumeone know how to do it. :wééé:
Well, I haven't try for table row 1,2 and 3 yet. But I guess we just do the same thing and leave it blank like we did for the body line background then we will have the whole thing transparent.
Once again, Thank u Paint for came up with the trick. I really love it. YAY

Re: Translucent forum?
I just try try to blank table 1, 2, 3 and save. It still not transparent. So, I decide to leave blank for all the thing in table header and show transparent almost the whole forum. You should try and see if you like it or not canadien

Re: Translucent forum?
you need to add the css code than in the css area
ill try to find it
but on mine adding #transp works just fine, sometimes the css seems to over power it, if you go to your css area you can view it, than change the color of row 1, 2, 3 its labeled something like .row 1 etc..
