Solved Problem with a text in userprofile

When you enter someone's profile, instead of "Location", it says "Ëîêàöè¼à", and instead of "website" it says "Ñà¼ò". What is the problem?

Note: i changed the forum language, twice.

Hey, i just got it. I soved the problem myself.
All you needed to do, is go to administration panel >> user&groups >> profiles and just replace the old names with new ones.

But thanks, anyway.
