no verification email received

i have a person trying to join my forum but they are not receiving their verification email?? can i resend it somehow??

Do you have the 'Allow New Users' Option enabled?

yes- new users enabled- and others have joined no problem- she has double checked and she did enter correct email- but has had no email back??

Sometimes the email goes into a spam folder. i use the same email for all the forums i run and join, though some of the email gets spammed.

just go into Users and groups and click inactive members and activate her yourself.

I'm having the exact same problem. I activated her through the Inactive Members list myself a couple of weeks ago, but she still can't log in. Is there a way to re-send the activation email?
