hii dear,,i have a forum ( http://reload.top-me.com ), n now my forum has been banned by online guardian!why?i dont do anything fault and i dont receive any warning!!

Was it to any possible meaning related to : piracy, hacking, porn, spam... ?

oh dont even get me started with these religious freaks...
they tried to have one of my places shut down b/f for sports illustrated models and myspace girls in bikinis.. lol (not a forumotion forum)

dude they have to give you a warning and time to remove what ever might have bin on your forum.. but the never do.

they are against anything and everything that is against there religious believes.
they do not announce this or tell anyone. but they are a religious groups of an-ties saying they try to clean up the Internet when they are doing nothing more then getting things shut down b/c they feel it\'s not morally correct.

lucky for me i have a friend that is a very good lawyer. and my site was back up with apology in a matter of a day.. and till this day the forum is still there with all the non nude adult models i want to allow. i even have teen models.. so in there face... hahahaha. i would post the link but other forum links that are not forumotion are not allowed here

but good luck.. i dont know what you situation is or what was on your forum. as far as me they were talking about non nude adult models in swimsuits bikinis and lingerie.

you know this group violates people wrights ever day. they should be shut down. if it\'s something such as child porn/adult hardcore porn,hacking,copyrights etc.. then ok i can see them doing it and would be all for it(depending). but when they just go around and shut people down for no other reason then it being against there beliefs. then something needs to be done. but there\'s not much you can do b/c they have inter pool and government branches behind them backing them up all the way.

but someone is going to tell me i cant have non nude models such as sports illustrated and adults even teens in bikinis.. oh no no no. you can see that everywhere everyday. TV newspapers the beach,myspace.. lol

we should start a forum finding legal ways to set complaints or fines being issued to this group.. hahaha lets see them shut that down.. funny

This is a site on the Internet for illicit many pages, etc. and then examined Edge or deletes.

on there sites.. they are back by inter pool and high branches of the government as well..

basically most of the time they are looking to shut down sites with pornography that would be on free host such as forumotion. they also shut down a lot of child pornography sites which is good and they are the places they should be shutting down.

but now they also will attack peoples sites and try to have them shut down simply b/c they may find it immoral or against there beliefs. of course they do not admit this. but is being done by them every day and they are indeed violating peoples first amendment rights,freedom of speech among many others.

now dont get me wrong.they also do a lot of good for when it comes to exploited children hackers and other things. but when they shut down certain places b/c it's against what the believe in. then that's ware the cross the line and something needs be done about it. then proving it is almost impossible b/c of the fact that there are powerful people and groups behind them..(it's all political)

but dont let these people fool you. they are indeed stepping over boundaries on things and sites that have no legal significance for being shut down.

now all that being said.
remember they are going after sites forums blogs that are provided form free host
they are affiliated with. to ware if you have a paid forum on your own server or paid server. then unless it's something illegal on these paid forums. then there's not much at all they can do. i mean i know of paid forums with preteen models in thongs and there still there b/c technically it is legal and they are on there own paid server. usually off shore servers such as the neverlands or Russian servers..
(i know it's insane)

but by going after the things that are on free host..etc.. then there's not much you can do. so sometimes it pays to have a paid forum. i bin there done that. to me it was not worth paying for a place were 90% of the members were lurkers or just not active.. lol

no problem. of course this is one side that many people may not know or just to blind to see.

but then there's also the forumotion part of it and why they have to have people groups or companies doing this. forumotion is a free host so they have to have people like this shutting down the things that are indeed braking tos. another words it cover there butts and allows us to still have free forums.

so all the same they are good for most. accept the fact that that do tend to go over boundaries and do what they want when they want.. and like i said it is being done. and not much anyone that has a free forum blog or website can do about it.

i think in time when there are enough complaints and some sort of corruptions being taken place on onlinegurdians part( as far as violating people rights and shutting things down just b/c the can) then there will be an investigation that Leeds no where and is a wast of time and money.. but it has to start somewhere.

lol if you say so. there are a lot of things that can fall into these categories and still be legal and not break tos also.. after all they tried to tell me sports illustrated models and non nude adult models were considered porn.. lol
well you see they did not get very far with that now did they.
there not going to want to expose a Case in the media and bring such attention to them under such ridiculous and silly accusations such as that. that's why the apologized to me and my site was back up.. but this was a wile ago and on a hole different forum host. plus it was a group that was affiliated with online guardian not them as a whole.
but there all in cahoots together.. like i said it's political.

plus this thread is not about me, the facts on hand and my opinions. i just wanted to point out that onlinegurdian is not exactly what there cracked up to be and they do violate people rights. not for everything but they do do it b/c they may not like the fact that's it's something that goes against there religis beliefs
