Requesting category/forum buttons (not sure what they're called)

Hi, me again =]
this time round, i would like some category images (these things: ) I tried to make them myself and.. well.. FAIL.

Would like them to have White writing please and a background colour to match theme of the forum (www.theoctaneelites.forumotion.net). Roughly the largest size it can be is 95 X 45 as obviously it depends on the length of the word. speaking of words here they are:
