Solved Help with Quotes Please

Ok i just started a forum and i have received several complaints about the quote system.
one is that there is no Multi-quote feature. another is the colour of the quote box.
i am using the (awesome) theme BBtech and when one quotes another person, the colour of the text and the colour of the quote box is almost the same.
this makes it somewhat hard to read.
I looked for an option to change it and it wasn't there. but maybe i missed it ^.^

Multi quote is a V-Bulletin option, not a Php option

You can change the Quote text and shading by going through your admin panel, display, colours.
