how to restore my skins

Can someone plz help me on how to restore my skin?
I went back to october 20th and the 19th and hit restore but it did not change.
Also, what is export your theme mean, i do not understand.

That e-mail was sent on sept.23rd and i did click on the activation link but now it says that my username and or password does not exist.
when i try to sign in it says:

The activation key you supplied does not match any in the database.

Very frustrating. what can i do?
