Subforum displays

I'm looking for a way to create subforums inside my sub-category forums that show underneath the main forum title, not just with text but a small image as well. I know how to create them using Index Packing to give text but not how to add an icon....I don't find the text alone makes them obvious enough but with so many forums inside categories, my forum could really do with compacting. Subforum displays Whistle

Does anyone know? I have seen it on other forums and know it's possible but cannot find the relevant topics on here. Embarassed

What you do is make another forum and attach it to a category forum.

In Display>Headers and navigation> Hierarchy
there is an option to display sub-level links on index *Yes *no *with icons.

maybe that is what you need.....
