Croatian language Empty Croatian language

I saw that many forums, my also, have problems with Croatian language.
There are some errors in Croatian language.

Forums doesnt support following letters:
č,š,ć,ž
Instead of these letters, there are some weird signs as: ą ľ ...

Please fix this. It is so annoying.. Croatian language Redface
