How to enable just text signatures?

Is there a possibility to enable just text signatures... which means NO photos or any images.
I've tried putting some code in the "CSS sheet" but It didn't work.

I have visited some other forums that had this option... members weren't able to put any image link in their signature... just text message. Is something like that possible on our forums?

General -> Messages and Emails

1) Find and click on the 'No' bubble for 'Allow HTML' so images can't be used via HTML.

The only problem with doing it that ways is it will disable all HTML and BBcode throughout the forum, which means no images in posts. I think they just wants to disable the ability to add images in signatures.

I don't think there is a way, at least I haven't seen an option to disable images in sigs.

Well, if this doesn't work... I have another question:
Is there an ability to remove the Signature option from the Administration panel??
I hope you understand what I mean.
For example: when members would go to their Profile, they wouldn't be able see any Signature option.
Yes, I know that there is an option to go to Administration panel> turn the signature off... but I don't want it this way, because other administrators on my board always turn this option ON again.
So, I'm asking if there is a way to "destroy" the signatures option for good.

Does anybody know if there is a way to put some code in the CSS Sheet, which would make this possible? For example:

}

There is no way to disable the signature button in the Admin Panel. If your other admins turn it back on, let them know why you want it off. Explain to them that you are the boss of your forum so you decide what happens.
