how can i write the department under the moderator name

Actually i have three question


1-how can i write the department under the name of the moderator at which he is a miderator like the one under my name which is admin??


2-how can i add an option next to (delete-split-move......) which will stick the thread instead of doing it at the begining of the thread


3- for how long will the forum be free???
