Why the members of my forum,can't upload avatars,from their PCs?!?!?

They get this error message

312. None of your pictures has been uploaded successfully

Try googling some up. Maybe request them..

You should really start making new topics and not posting in others, but to create a smiley, just find its image, give it a code so what members should put to post it, save, and you're done! It's in the Display section of the admin panel, I think.

Ok, right now we are spamming. I'll help you, but don't reply. Just right-click on the picture and Save As a file. Then go get an account from Photobucket, and upload the picture there. Then after that, get the Direct Link of the picture and enter it somewhere. If you have any other problems, just PM someone or me..
