Allow Signature to Be Attached Button? Empty Allow Signature to Be Attached Button?

Is there anyway for news users to have the Allow Signature to Be Attached Button checked by default? Sorry if this question has been asked or if it is in the FAQ and I couldn't find it.

yes real easy.
admin panel. (user/groups) scroll down to( Allow Signatures)select
(all members) and hit save. that's it. Smile
